Terms of Service

The following terms and conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of FraiOS and all associated domains, websites, API connections, subdomains, and sub-components thereof ("the Service"). All services accessible through the Service are provided by Frontier Firm Technologies ehf..
The Service and all related services (collectively "the Services") are made available on the condition that you accept, without modification, all terms and conditions contained in these Terms, together with any other rules, policies, and procedures that may be published on the Service from time to time by Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. (collectively "the Agreement").
By using or accessing any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not accept all terms of this Agreement, you may not access or use the Service or any of the Services.
Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. provides AI-powered operating software and services. Payments are processed through Stripe ("Payment Gateway").
1. Amendments to These Terms
Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. If any change is not acceptable to you, you must cease accessing and using the Service.
2. Conduct
2.1 Your Use of the Services
Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Services solely for the purpose of operating, configuring, and benefiting from the AI-assisted workflows, automation, and intelligence capabilities provided by FraiOS, in each case in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying structure of all or any part of the Services.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on or within the Services or Service content.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Services, or engage in any fraudulent activity or activity that facilitates fraud.
2.2 Registration Obligations
By registering an account on the Service, you agree to provide accurate, complete, current, and truthful information about yourself as prompted by the Service registration form ("Registration Information"), and to maintain and promptly update your Registration Information accordingly.
2.3 Account Security
By registering an account on the Service, you are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account. You bear full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, including all actions taken by sub-administrators with access to your account. You agree to notify Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. will not be liable for any loss, damage, or other liability arising from your failure to comply with this section or from any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
3. Content
3.1 Your Content
If you publish any links, videos, audio files, images, graphics, or software ("Content") on the Service, you hereby grant Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute, translate, and publish your Content, in whole or in part, for any purpose.
You bear full responsibility for your Content and for any harm arising from it. By making your Content available through the Services, you agree not to upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available:
• Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, pornographic, abusive, vulgar, defamatory, racially discriminatory, or that infringes the privacy of others.
• Content that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any individual or organisation.
• Malicious software, including worms, malware, spyware, trojans, or other destructive or harmful material.
• An account name that misleads your customers or prospective customers as to your identity or organisation.
Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. bears no liability for any loss, damage, or harm arising from the publication of your Content. Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or remove any Content that it considers to violate its policies or to be harmful in any way. Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. reserves the right to terminate or deny access to the Service and/or Services to any individual or organisation for any reason.
3.2 Service Content
Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. has not reviewed, and cannot review, all content published on the Service. Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. makes no representation and does not endorse any content published on the Service. You are responsible for taking appropriate precautions to protect yourself and your systems against malicious software.
The Service may contain content that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable, as well as technical inaccuracies, typographical errors, and other mistakes. The Service may also contain content that infringes patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights.
Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. has not reviewed and cannot review all content on third-party websites accessible through the Service. Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. has no control over content available on websites other than the Service and bears no liability for any loss, damage, or harm arising from such content.
3.3 Personal Data
Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. bears no liability for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your breach, or the breach by any other user, of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or applicable data protection legislation.
4. Payments
Access to certain features of the Service is subject to payment of applicable fees as set out in your subscription plan or order form. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing subscribers. In the event of non-payment, Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service.
5. Termination
Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. may, at its sole discretion, terminate access to your account, accounts, or any part of the Service, with or without cause and with or without notice, with immediate effect. Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. may remove and delete all of your Content within the Service at any time and for any reason or no reason. If you wish to terminate this Agreement, you should cease using the Service.
All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity obligations, and limitations of liability.
6. Modifications to the Service
Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. You agree that Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. shall bear no liability to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
7. Intellectual Property
This Agreement does not transfer from Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. to you any intellectual property rights of Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. or any third party. All rights, title, and interest in and to such intellectual property remain exclusively with Frontier Firm Technologies ehf..
8. Trade Marks
FraiOS is a trade mark of Frontier Firm Technologies ehf.. Other trade marks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Service may be trade marks of third parties. Your use of the Service grants you no rights or licence to reproduce or otherwise use any trade marks of Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. or third parties.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
All Services are provided "as is". Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. makes no warranty that the Services will be free of defects or that access to the Services will be continuous or uninterrupted. You access content or services through the Service at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. and its suppliers or licensors shall bear no liability under any circumstance under this Agreement, whether in contract, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, for:
• Special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible assets.
• The cost of procuring substitute goods or services, for any interruption or cessation of use, or loss or corruption of data.
• Any matter beyond the reasonable control of Frontier Firm Technologies ehf..
• Your Content or the content of other users of the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Frontier Firm Technologies ehf. and its affiliates, suppliers, contractors, and licensors, and their respective directors, employees, representatives, and other partners, from and against all claims and costs, including legal fees and disbursements, arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to any breach by you of this Agreement.
